This is an example of commercial demolition project experience. This project involved the demolition of two-storey double brick buildings with suspended concrete slabs, at a Catholic school in Sydney's south-west.

Constraints in this project included:

• Limited access

• Restricted work hours

• Traffic control

• Hazardous materials

• Propping of suspended slabs

• Hoarding and protection of surrounding buildings

• Restricted machinery size

• Fixed deadline for school holidays
